Joelie Key-Tissot is not smuggling babies at the moment. She now has her own clan,
possibly with their own tartan. She is a memoirist who moonlights as a crime-fighting librarian,
saving the children of Charlotte, North Carolina and Lyon, France from illiteracy.
She recently graduated from library school so she won't get arrested for librarianing without a license.
